Clerk to the Board

The Clerk to the Board is responsible for recording and maintaining the minutes of the Board of County Commissioners Meetings.

Minutes of the Board of County Commissioners Meetings and Special Meetings are action minutes. All meetings are recorded. Only Board approved minutes will be posted on the website.

If you would like to receive email notifications of upcoming Board of Commissioners, follow these instructions:

• Visit the Civic Clerk website,
• Scroll down to the "My Subscriptions" section.
• Click on the Login button.
• When the window opens, click on Create Account.  Enter and email address and create a password.

When agendas or approved minutes are posted, you will receive an email notification.
