Lori Mitchell, Chaffee County Clerk and Recorder, has been recognized as a Certified Elections/Registration Administrator (CERA) through the Election Center, National Association of Election Officials. Clerk Mitchell’s CERA designation is the country’s highest professional achievement for election officials.
